WHO IS DR. MARTY?
Dr. Marty was a typical Colorado teenager playing sports, baseball, football, basketball, skiing, and mountain climbing.
Climbing is what started my experience with Chiropractic. A more accurate description would be "falling" not "climbing", no - no ropes or safety gear were involved. After consultation with some Doctors and being told that my active teenage lifestyle was about to come to an end, my choices were surgery with up to a 2 year convalescence with no guarantee of being pain free or live with the pain.
At the age of 17 I looked for options and found chiropractic, after all they work on backs. My first visit provided almost complete relief. I was able to sit, stand, walk, you know, basics of everyday living. Within 2 months I was completely out of pain, and soon thereafter was able to ski, ride bikes, and yes, climb mountains again.
Over the course of my treatment I was educated in the other benefits of chiropractic care to include increased range of motion, better muscle balance, how a pain in my knee could sometimes be directly attributed to a problem in my back, even without back pain; how I thought what was the start of an ulcer was actually a problem in my mid-back. With that knowledge, back to school I went to learn as much as possible and embark on what would be my second lifetime careeer ~ A Doctor of Chiropractic.
It is my sincere belief, as is supported by education, that wellness begins on the inside.
Now at the age of 51, I still see my Chiropractor, and even though I don't play football or basketball anymore, by choice, I still ski, play golf, mountain bike, swim, and still climb with my girls. (Although I have taught them to use ropes and safety gear!) I soon will be climbing with my granddaughter.

Who is Jenna Deal, CMT?
Jenna graduated from High School in 2005 with a license to do Hair and Nails. Immediately following graduation, and a 3 week summer break, Jenna headed back to school to become a Certified Massage Therapist.
Jenna graduated from Colorado School of Healing Arts in July 2006 fulfilling a childhood dream.
Jenna believes we often ignore or fail to notice the effects of daily stresses and tensions that affect our bodies. Our joints stiffen, our back throbs, our shoulders ache, our head hurts, and we accept this as our lot in life.
You wonder when life became a physical chore.
You wonder what it would feel like to feel good again.
One of the best and easiest solutions to finding a balance in your physical and mental well-being is massage therapy.
Massage therapy is revitalizing, relaxing and a renewing experience that helps you to feel like yourself again. Massage therapy helps you to achieve more physical well-being by increasing circulation, improving body awareness, increasing range of motion, releasing toxins, decreasing stress, reducing muscle tension, improvements in sleep, posture, lymphatic flow and energy.
Massage Therapy can benefit everyone, by helping keep muscles toned and flexible, thereby reducing the risk of injury.
My work is tailored to a client's individual needs, utilizing various techniques acquired during my studies at the Colorado School of Healing Arts.
